Payment & Refund Policy

By registering a student for classes or programs at The Ultimate Dancing Academy, parents and legal guardians agree to all established billing terms and payment schedules. All registration fees, tuition payments, and class deposits are strictly non-refundable once processed. Under no circumstances will refunds, tuition credits, or adjustments be granted following payment submission, regardless of student attendance, voluntary withdrawal, or external scheduling conflicts.

Monthly recurring subscriptions, class packages, and scheduled installment options are strictly non-refundable and will not be pro-rated for partial months, missed sessions, or mid-term cancellations. Families maintain full responsibility for completing all financial obligations for their selected billing cycle. Early termination of participation or absences due to personal reasons do not alter or eliminate this binding financial commitment.

Medical Emergency Policy

In the event of a medical emergency, acute illness, or injury involving a student during Academy activities, staff will make every reasonable effort to contact the primary parent or legal guardian immediately. If parents or designated emergency contacts are unreachable in a timely manner, Academy representatives are fully authorized to secure appropriate medical care and emergency intervention on behalf of the student.

This emergency authorization includes contacting 911 emergency services, arranging transportation to an urgent care or hospital facility, and consenting to necessary diagnostic, surgical, or medical procedures as recommended by licensed healthcare professionals. Parents and legal guardians retain full financial responsibility for all medical costs, ambulance services, hospital fees, and associated treatment expenses incurred during emergency care.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the undersigned parent or legal guardian hereby releases, waives, and forever discharges The Ultimate Dancing Academy, its officers, instructors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising out of personal injury, loss, or property damage sustained by the enrolled student or family member during participation in Academy programs, rehearsals, performances, or transport.

The parent or legal guardian agrees not to initiate legal action or assert monetary claims against the organization for injuries or damages incurred on or off Academy premises. This waiver represents a comprehensive release of liability for all activities associated with the studio’s educational and performance curriculum.

 Assumption of Risk

Participation in dance training and physical education involves inherent physical risks, including but not limited to muscular strains, sprains, falls, and other physical injuries. Parents and legal guardians acknowledge the active physical nature of dance instruction and voluntarily assume all risks associated with their child’s enrollment and participation in activities hosted by The Ultimate Dancing Academy.

While the Academy enforces safety standards and structured instruction, physical risks cannot be entirely eliminated. By signing below, the parent or guardian confirms that the student is physically fit for athletic participation and voluntarily accepts all inherent risks associated with dance training.
